Locked up laundry detergent?

My Target store has locked up all the laundry detergent pods. Is your store doing this?

I don’t know why they looked them up but they did. All of them are locked up, inclduing those from Tide and Gain. I thought the challenge was dead and this must be something else.

Some of the medicines are also locked up. I also noticed that they locked up the shaving creams.

Recently started having to put one of the probiotics in security boxes, which I sort of expected because I kept finding empty boxes. Beauty has been putting some of their skin care supplements in boxes for quite a while. Plus the Hero blemish products and most of the LaRoche Posay skin care line. I have to put razor refills in boxes now. All of that is fairly recent.

I've heard of toothpaste being in locked cases at some stores.

Must be your store is seeing a lot of detergent disappear.

It's annoying that we have to take all these extra measures because of so much theft.

Have had detergent locked up for 2yrs at my store. Can't set detergent endcaps for theft reasons. Is what it is.

We've always had tide pods locked up and had security devices on detergent liquid. Just the way it is unfortunately

My old store locks like Everything behind glass. All deodorant, toothpaste, mouthwash, razor handles and blades, shampoo and conditioner, face wash, all cosmetics except the real cheap stuff, even essie nail polish,all hard liquor, beer, men's underwear, all electronics. At this point might as well hand my list to guest service and wait. This is near downtown Chicago. I don't even bother anymore, I just go to a less restrictive store. This store used to do 100 mil plus a year, now it barely hits 60.
