Archived max out paygrade

I've gotten the raises I ask for even when I promoted so I don't think it's that unheard of.

At some point your value to the company maxes out. Just because you have been there for a long time doesnt mean you should make a million dollars an hour. I am maxed out at my position for several years now and I know for a fact no matter how hard I try I cant out produce those who are newer who make far less. I am just thankful they let me keep my job without moving up.

Like I said in an earlier post. I have been maxed out for quite some time and still get a raise every year. Also, like I mentioned before the raise isn't going to put me in a different tax bracket but its better than nothing . Most ( most not all) of the younger , newer tms don't have the work ethic I do ( at least at my store) so yes the store may pay a tm less an hour than they pay me...but if they have to pay two tms to do the same job it takes one tm to do...then they aren't saving money in the end after all.
