Anyone with green mir numbers wanna help me....we are consistently red is there a way to check and update counts so that we don't get a red score....I'm a backroom /instocks tl but never received receiving training
 
Are you red because you aren't sending out enough product for the MIR (ex. MIR wants a total of 75 books but only 20 were sent out) or are you red for not doing them on time?
 
What is off is my percentage of items sent...most of the time we can't find it....
 
Yea. All areas search alot of plano issues at my store.....can changing the counts help?
 
Are you sure instocks is scanning the areas those MIRs come from and also doing the drastic count report to make sure counts get updated? Our store's had some trouble with the MIRs and while I don't know all (or any, really) of the details, one of the things support asked was "are you sure instocks is doing their job?" Also make sure you're on top of finding and fixing unlocated product in the backroom.
