so on my very first training day, this lady had a dvd player, and when i asked will that be all for you? she shakes her head no hands me a gift card with the paper still on it and says $20 and hands me a $20. i assume she's putting $20 on the giftcard so I tell her the final price probably like 65 bucks.. and she starts speaking another language getting pissed off at me and everything, finally a gstl comes over and finds out that the lady had 30 bucks on the giftcard and gave me an extra 20 to pay for the dvd player.
