Archived New ETLs?

Is anyone having difficulty embracing ETLs fresh out of college? AE changes the past few years have felt brutal at times. I am a positive person and tend to see the light in between the clouds, yet soon I will have another new ETL above me that I will most likely be training as my superior. I'm not bitter because it is a goal of my own someday. However, I've seen 6 new-to-Target ETLs within the past 5 months and that will soon be 7. I am currently a senior team lead- just curious if anyone else has a similar worry.

Etl's are becoming a dime a dozen. With no experience, spot can hired them at a lower wage.

Our new HR ETL seems very shy ugh... I just hope she will take complaints and guests seriously when she is LOD by herself.
