Does anyone know if its possible to make or delete a fill group in the backroom. Like giving cereal its own fill group instead of being lumped into grc2. Also does anyone know if you can change a specific items fill group. For example make pasta sauce part of the grc3 pull instead of the grc1 pull

If you mean, for example, changing what Fillgroup it says the item belongs to under the STO screen (and consequently, what batch it'll be in during a CAF/Autofill), then nope. Only corporate can do that. Or at least, it can't be done at the store level.
