Hello All! I have been at Target for almost a year. I was hired as a P-Fresh TM and was promoted to PA recently. I am only PT so it's a pretty good deal for me, all around. I have been thinking that maybe when I'm ready to return to work FT an ETL position might be where I want to start. Does anyone have any recs? I have a BA and management, sales, and business experience. I am pretty sure the team at my store would be supportive of me jumping ahead, and it's come as a surprise to me that I enjoy retail. I never thought that would happen!
But, does anyone have any good/bad about Target that I may not have found out yet? Yes, I know that we're lucky if we have a chance to get 80% of our expectations accomplished in a shift and there are never enough TMs on the floor, etc. But, good/bad/ugly about upper mgmt? Also, where, aside from STL can an ETL hope to move?
