Been working for Target now for almost 6 years. Started out on ERT for softlines and now I fill what used to be called a "specialist" position in the area of shoes. When I'm not updating and fixing our shoe department I'm the "right arm" of our softlines TLs and help with VAs and POGs and Clearance and Zoning and well, anything they need me to do... even if it's just jumping in there and helping them clean up so they can clock out on time. The pay may not be stellar but I'm one of the fortunate ones who is blessed to be working (and sometimes suffering) with some pretty great people. We pull our hair out together and laugh together and push through all the insanity of too much work and not enough hours and oh by the way before you get to your VA can you please clear out the fitting room of all Go backs? We didn't have anyone on ERT to do go backs last night so there's 2 Z-racks in the breeze way and a kids cart and a shoe cart and a cart that needs to be sorted, folded/hung..... And can you touch up shoes and girls and infants and oooooooooooh, don't forget rack alignment before we open. Sound familiar? lol

Anyway, hi to everyone....
