I've been lurking around for the past few weeks reading the vast amount of good info and great tips from other team member from other stores. I have gathered some tips which I hope to implement on my store to improve ome our routines.
So a little about me, I've been with target for the past 5 years going on to 6 this February, I started as early backroom team member then switched to flow team member, after that I was promoted to CTL which I really liked, then went to be hard lines team leader and just recently got the opportunity to take over the Plano and price accuracy teams. I have alot of experience with sales floor stuff so if anyone have any questions about that please feel free to ask.
I'm glad there is a forum dedicated to target team members because I can share some of my knowledge as well as take tips from here as well.
