Hey Gang!

So I have been a lurker for some time. Been with the company since July 2012. Currently I am a Pharmacy Tech with GSA/Service Desk as secondaries.

I have been in retail since 2006 when I started at the lovely Kmart.

Random facts: currently working on a Master of Public Health, and have a BA in Chemistry. *shrugs*

Hi! How is being a pharmacy tech?

I love it. Mainly because it is in the healthcare field and I can still apply it to my school work. It is also a different environment compared to the rest of the store. They also tend to be a closer team, mainly because it is smaller.

Oh okay. Did you start as anything else? I was hired as a seasonal cashier but I really want to be a pharmacy tech. It's my major. Oh and welcome!

I did. I started as a Season Cashier as well. Started in July 2012, and got my tech lic and moved over January 2013. During my 5ish months I did do cashiering for Pharmacy, Guest Service, and Cashier. I worked a lot of extra shifts during the holidays.
