Archived Newbie to Target

So, I just started working at Target and it all happened rather quickly. I just submitted my online application about a week and a half ago, got an interview several days later and then was hired on the spot after 3 back-to-back interviews. Had my orientation 2 days later and just had my first shift today. I was suppose to have cashier and soft lines training today (was hired for hard lines) but just did cashier since they said I was doing well. I just watched someone for 15 minutes and she asked me to do it and she thought I was good enough and left me alone for the rest of my shift. It was easier than I thought. I actually got a lot of compliments from guests at my bagging technique and how fast I was. I even got a red card on my first 3 hour shift!

All in all, it was a good shift. I think.
