Wow. So just as an example my stores headcount is so:
ETL-AP
ETL-HR
ETL SF-GE
ETL LOG
3 SENIORS (we actually one have 2, no one good enough to be #3)
So essentially our ETL SF-GE would be the so-called 'LOD' every morning, and sales floor and cashiers call him for anything.
Anyone backroom and flow would call the LOG.
The 3 seniors would then be relegated to just closing every night, or once a week if they hired a 'night senior tl' who comes in an closes every night.
This is basically how a grocery store runs.
