I have been working at Target since the spring. I only work on weekends and I do SFS. The only training I had was when I followed the person around who showed me how to do OPU/Flex and picking and packing for SFS. This training lasted approximately an hour...then it was pretty much figure most things out on my own. There is a clipboard above the time clocks that lists trainings that employees have to do, so I looked at the Fulfillment section of it and other people who I work with are listed that these trainings are due but I have never done any and my name is not on it. Is this typical? I have also never been trained on the Wave and there is a sign near the balers that say you can't use it if you haven't been trained...does this mean I shouldn't even be putting my cardboard in? (That seems a little crazy to me...I have worked at other places and know how to make a bale).

You can throw cardboard in. You probably missed your computer training. No biggie, really.

You have to be certified (complete the training) to use such as per insurance requirements.
