Archived Not sure if I have a 2nd interview

I had my interview today and the girl who interviewed me said I would receive an email in a few days. I asked what would the email say and she said she didn't know.

Did this happen to anyone else when they had thier interviews? The last time I worked at Targeti was hired on the spot.

Sounds like you were interviewed by a TL, who decided they would not recommend you for a 2nd interview. Sorry, but that's commonly what we tell applicants when we don't want to continue with the hiring process. HR sends a rejection email within a few days.

I'm not saying this is the guaranteed outcome, but based on 4 yrs of Target experience and being a TL, it's what most stores do.

Side note - Black Butler is my fav all time anime.

The only time I know we don't push a second on the spot and have to call you back is when there is a visit or meeting going on so we can't do it all the same day.
