Archived Optical and Target TM's

Hey, so I need new glasses, so I am going to go to Target Optical so I can use my discounts. However, I have been informed from another TM who got glasses there that any deals that they have where money comes off the lenses, we are not able to take advantage because we are TM's? Doesn't make much sense to me. That's like saying I can't get the sale price on a TV because I have a TM discount.

They do give out coupons for glasses twice a year. But, way too expense. After paying $300 at spot, a few years ago. Then, go to Costco & get upgrade half the price.

I paid $180 for a pair that didn't last squat & they never could seem to adjust them properly.
Got a better pair (& deal) from a discount optical place.

i think optical is a rip off too. I usually get my eye exams there because I actually like the Dr and my husbands insurance covers it so i don't pay for it but I always take the script somewhere else. Even with the discount you can get better frames for way cheaper.
