Is there a way to log into the pay and benefits site before I start my first day to see what is available for insurance?

Yup have to be a team lead or etl to get insurance sooner

Team Leaders are offered full benefits after 90 days of service. Team Members are not eligible for health insurance unless they have been with target for 12 months and maintained an average of 29.5 hour/week.
