Archived pay increase after 2 weeks

I just saw that my hourly pay got 50c increased effective after two weeks of training. Is it usual?
I saw my job position title also changed even though I'm doing the same duties.

Are you electronics softlines or beauty? You were probably at new hire $11 base pay + 50¢, and then the base was just raised to $12

I’m good team member. I was hired with base pay of $12. Now it’s $12.5 , that’s y I wondered!
