Archived Pay Raise from PA/FA to Team Lead?

Let's say your a Perishable Assistant/Food Assistant (In a Super Target, Bakery/Meat/Produce/Deli each have their own PA/FA) in a Super Target. And was offered a Market Team Lead position (Position added due to how well are store as done in 2014 (Also gaining another Market ETL).

What is the average pay increase going from PA/FA to a Market TL? Or even as a regular Team Member to Team lead.

It depends on area, but my store offers $12/hour to start. Though AE15 may have changed the starting rate.

It's typically a 3 dollar raise from a tm to a tl.

It used to be that much when TLs were started at N13. Now most TLs I've seen (unless they have prior exp) are started at N11 which is only $1.50 above N07. If PA/Food Assistant is N09 at your store it will only be a $1 pay bump.
