There is no extra pay or incentive. Maybe the hope of getting more hours, 🤣.

Do y’all at least get the wireless discounts. At Best Buy I got 50% off my wireless plan because I sold att or Verizon or sprint

I don’t think so, we don’t have plus mobile at my store.
If I am understanding correctly you are just an electronics team member that sales and activates phones. That’s the only difference.

That's exactly correct. We get no better kickbacks than any other TM
