My store has a PH visit soon and I've never been there for it before. Does anyone here have any tips on what they'll look for, what they may ask, etc? Thanks in advance!

How to cut pizzas (which was more important when we had square pizzas), how to make a pizza (how many pepperonis is something they look for), there's a whole food safety part that I believe is more stringent than Steritech. They basically make sure you are following the Pizza Hut brand standards to a T.

They will do a inspection of everything. Make sure you tell every guest thank you for shopping at pizza hunt. A team member at my store got in trouble for not doing that.
