Just curious to know what SrTL Pay usually looks like! Were you an internal promotion or external hire? What department are you specialized in? If you don’t feel like answering in the comments below thats fine you can just vote.

Not a Sr myself but the two in my store are pretty open about what they make. One makes $18 and the other $26.

8 years but only 2 as a TL. Still sucks but recent promotion.

That’s what I said. I have been with the company far less than 8 years, am a TL, and make more than that!

You need to realize different parts of the country make different pay. Cost of living varies greatly across the country.
Starting tl pay is $16 where I live.

40 hour workweek. More say in where I work. Don't have to cancel vacations.

Was gonna say, once you hit a certain threshold, it's probably more profitable to stay a senior rather than be an ETL. Less responsibility and more comfortable that way.

I make 28.40 don't want to be an etl. I had the opportunity 15 years ago turned it down. I'm glad I did. I work 8 hours a day if i work more i get paid for it.

External Hire making $18.50, $17.75 is the minimum without experience pay.
