I'm Lost! promised to work at sbux when i was first hired but worried i won’t be able to switch

im sorry if this post is unnecessary but i’m worried. so i was hired a month ago, I originally applied for the starbucks position but since they were closed I had to be a guest advocate. During my phone interview and orientation they said I could switch to sbux when they open back up since i already have experience. You think HR will still let me switch?? or will i have to wait?

ASANTS, but at my store it was difficult to keep Starbucks staffed, so anyone who expressed interest could be switched over. i don’t always put a lot of stock in Spot leaderships’ promises, but in this case since Starbucks was closed when you were hired and you have experience there, and they said you could switch over there when it re-opened, I think you should be fine. I learned sbux POS and they asked if I wanted to learn drinks. Hard no, bc I knew if I did I would never leave
