I once read here that you can get in trouble if you try to fix it or something, is this true? Let's say I go over 6 hours by a minute, and I try to fix it, will it completely change it or anything?
Now ASANTS alants either. I've had some hr etls that will change these if they are a min over like you say or even 5. Then I've had others who will not and will pdd coach and fire those who go over or those who change the time. My advice if t really was just 1 min leave it alone. Take the pdd that they will give you and don't let it happen again. Not worth getting into more trouble trying to fix it
