It's on workhench under guest experience. But only ETLs and possibly TLs (can someone confirm) can see the results.

It also doesn't tell you who their cashier was unless they specifically put their name.

I do believe if you are a TM or affiliated with the store in any way that you cannot do surveys? Or am I wrong?

I received a survey email after picking up an online order. Used my TM discount and all.

Thought so, I have had leaders say :this guest said this or that" but when I click on it it says "Not authorized" lol.
