Lately, I've been placed in the backroom starting at 4 am and there is no problem there but yesterday I was given a mid shift while also working a flow shift so I was basically working 4 am to 5:30 pm. I was wondering if I would get in trouble for batches rolling over. The opener, starts at 8, left early when she was supposed to leave at 130. The batches that dropped at 12 were the heaviest and I was by myself, someone who backstocked office basically messed me up because those pulls were over 6 hours. I was the only one in the backroom, and this was my first time having a mid shift, it was getting so bad I didn't even have time to bring pulls over to the line and let alone having time to go to electronics to pull from there. Basically I understand that the scheduled CAFs have to be pulled within the hour or the store will be in red. I normally don't like to complain, but I'm not even a backroom team member to begin with and my team lead even stayed late with me to help. I'm scheduled to open today, wish me luck lol

Generally if you think the batches are going to roll over, ask the LOD for help. Depending on how many batches roll over, it creates a domino effect on the next hour and so on. Unless you're burning all the batches, you cannot expect 2 people to pull a 6 hour CAF.
