Hey everyone, I am just curious how everyone divides up there Hardlines sides of the store to the HL team leaders. We currently have 2 HL's TL and one CTL. The CTL is in charge of Pfresh and Pets, then one has D,E and F (electronics/toys and domestic/bedding) and the other TL has A(minus pets) B and C side. Just curious if other stores do it this way. Interested in hearing thoughts.

We have 2 HLTL's. One does A, B, and C. The other does D, E, and F. I've been doing G since mid October and I was recently asked to include pets. No... not a CTL, I am what my store calls a market sponsor.

... sponsor? Most non-brand thing I've seen on here recently. Oh, and yes, I read the thread about boning the ETL-HR.

I like the idea of having Logistics TLs own Seasonal/Mini. We've talked about this before at my store but never really enforced it.

Sponsor? Is that a failed troll attempt?

I'm not sure where they came up with sponsor. it was in place long before I started at the store. Basically, when they want someone to be in cosmetics or market, they call them the sponsor. I do everything market, spl's, cleaning, deal with vendors, vendor surveys, business walks...

Sounds like a CTL without TL pay.
