Question on dependant on payroll?

I am asked by a coworker that doesn't speak English that needs helping removing dependants due to them growing up.
I'm assuming it's on their tax or payroll they were talking about under their target employment. It has nothing to do with insurance. I tried going on alight but no sign of what I'm looking for. All I saw was for insurance. Any help would be appreciated

Tax form changes have to be done on an in-store computer. I tried to change my deductions on Workday at home and again on myDevice, but couldn't and was able to do this in store. Tell them to stop in at HR.

He can start in Workday. Go to the menu upper left. Scroll down to an external link to tax forms W4 and W2. He should be able to fix it there, I think.
