Archived question regard pay increase

Hey guys so i took over MMB responsibilities about a year ago and i never received a pay increase. I was an electronics team member before being moved to entertainment. Am I being screwed over or is there no pay increase for going up in paygrade?

They got rid of the "specialist" positions, which was a pay raise, and now just have a "specialized" team member do the work for a team member pay.

Yes, this was a travesty of an idea, and I hope they reverse this so that the specialist position exists again.
