Ma'am when I first had the interview I specifically told them I was mentally disabled and when I got fired, they called me a liar. Plus I was 18 and that was my first job plus at the time, I didn't have the proper support in place. They may not have my termination on file anymore because it was 5+ years ago and usually employers keep terminations until 5 years have past. I'll consider reapplying however with my past team leads discriminating me, I'd rather work for the competition. I heard Walmart was way better than target so I might try there. Thank you for the information but i don't think filing a complaint to ADA is necessary.

3) Sorry to hear that you will not be re-applying. You might not be as stupid as they think you are, but you are certainly playing your cards in the wrong order, to the wrong people.
At the end of the day, you should've filed any Target-related complaints when the problem occurred, not 5 years and a bunch of hearsay later. There are things to protect covered individuals, but those protections should be reviewed by someone competent enough to understand them and help you along the way if you are unable to do so yourself. It seems like you came here looking for HR advice, and that is something we cannot provide!
