My STL and I were working together today and she had been asking me about what TL positions I'd want to move into (so I'm assuming she has a scheme in mind)... GSTL, softlines , APL, flow, and SFT(?) we're brought up during the conversation. I guess my question here is; is SFT considered a "team lead" position?
I never thought of it as one before, it seems like it'd be more along the lines of some kind of specialist position in disguise, rather than a team lead job.. Thoughts?
Note: I'll most likely not become an SFT, I just want to "broaden my horizons" a little bit as far as target knowledge goes.
