Archived Quit target three months ago, want to come back

So just like what the title says, I recently quit Target in Feb because of school. I put in my two weeks and worked until my last day. I have no beef with my team leads nor did they have any problem with me so it was a good ending.

School just ended and now I want to come back. I started as a Cashier but want to work in the Sales Floor if I get hired again.

My question is how does the process work? Do I apply again? Do I have to go to the same interview and orientation process? Am I rehirable? I've heard somewhere there's a certain time period when I could come back. I'm also going to be out of town in July so I really hope they will be leniant about that.
