Is anyone else noticing mass exits of long time employees and senior managers? In the last 3 months, we have lost 2 SOM, Site Director, 2 HR, 3-4 OM, and several long time employees. Most of those leaving have more than 15-20 years in our building, and I’m betting there are at least 2 more SOM HR looking based on comments. Something is obviously up, the levels these folks were had to know SOMETHING, so why not just announce whatever is pushing them out the door. There is rumors of restructuring, rumors of DC realignment, specifically with FC, so if we need to be out there looking for jobs, give us the same heads up that leadership is getting. It’s insane that all these career Target folks all of a sudden found greater opportunities elsewhere at the exact same time.
