Archived Receivers P.O.'s not received

[Going with the Flow]

What do you do about these? I know some just drop off and others are there because the product in en-route but that is all I really know. Any one out there who has more details?

PO's are suppose to disappear after 2 weeks, however, the system is not perfect. If you have PO's open for more then 30 days, putting in a help ticket and listing the PO numbers may get them removed. If it makes you feel any better, I have open and partially received PO's that have been in SAP since August
