Full disclosure, we have never run the reject report after RFID. We do RFID on Mondays, I am off on Tuesdays, and just found out last week that no one has done it on Tuesdays when I thought they always have. So, my SD wants me doing, personally, on Wednesdays when I get back in. But... how do I do it?

I know where to find it, that much is fine. I have it favorited in Greenfield. But I looked on Workbench... and unless I'm typing in something wrong, I'm lost. From what I gathered... I just print out the report, go to the DPCIs and ... then what do I do? What do I use to fix the counts? Do we have to RFID again after the report is ran? How would they know I ran the report other than seeing I clicked on it and I tell them I did it?

You are looking at the expected on hands vs what you scanned and auditing. So if its expected to have 30 of them and you only see 10. You might auditing it to 10, or the other way if it said it expected 10 and found 30. Obviously if you physically find more ypu audit up, but I wouldn't always audit down if you think there is a chance it got missed. Its really up to you if you think that what you found is more accurate. If you are doing it consistently I would go through it and change the really drastic ones, and as you do it over and over you can start changing the ones that show up after a couple scans. The more you do it the less drastic it should be.

You're updating inventory counts. On the report you'll see these numbers for each DPCI: counted, on hand and Difference
Subtract the "Difference" from the current On Hand number (not what's on the reoprt, what your device says you currently have on hand), and enter that under the sales floor location. You can split up if it has multiple locations but the total should be (current OH - Difference) Anything with a backroom location you'll have to go physically count that location before you update the sales floor numbers.

The best thing to do is to ask your leadership to train you on how they want it done, that way you will be sure to meet their expectations, and if there are any errors it will be a training issue. Good luck!🍀

So not through inventory audit but just regular changing sales floor numbers on the item page itself?

So unfortunately my ETL was the one who was supposed to be doing it and never did so not gonna ask her anything because she’s useless and my SD isn’t there tomorrow so it’s all on me
