Archived Rotating schedules for team members

This concept began when I used to be a TL at my other store and when I used to be an offsite team member. Now that I have been moved back into my base store, that concept seems to be no more. Would love to hear if other stores accommodate their team or are your team members "just bodies" like mine seems to be treated and feel like.

If you're asking for if team members get rotating schedules at my store no, only TLs and above.

Half my team works Saturdays and half work Sundays. That is what they prefer.
