Archived Sanitizer

Probably a stupid question, but can anyone tell me how often the J-12 (or something like that) sanitizer needs to be replaced? Sometimes it's dated to be tossed in a few hours, other days its dated for the end of the day. I keep getting conflicting answers at my store.

According to the woman during our sterateck visits it is supposed to be changed 2 times a day. I have checked it with the strips at about 2:30 and it tests okay. When I show back up next day no one else has changed it so they are either not testing or it is testing well.

We make ours fresh in the morning & it's good through the day. (8am - 9pm).
The sanitizer dish we use at SB gets changed at LEAST every 2 hrs.
Tip: don't test your sanitizer right out of the tap - it'll come up too strong. Let the suds disappear then you'll get a more precise reading. This was seconded by Steritech.
