Every store has their own abbreviations, check with whatever they are calling your Team Lead these days.
They will let you know.

SUR is a shortcut abbreviation for "sure, I can do the cardboard and make bales." Best job in the house.

The best I can figure out is something with Merchandising. I'd ask your TL for clarification
