I'm hardlines and for the past month and a half I'm only scheduled to close. At first it was only slightly annoying but now it's becoming really hard, considering I have to take two busses to get there. Being at work from 4pm-12am means I'm not able to fall asleep until about 4am every night, so I don't wake up until about 12 the next day and then I have to leave for work at 2 to get there at 4.
Anyway, I'm moving much closer to work soon and I plan on letting them know that once I do closing all the time isn't a problem. Who do I talk to about this, HR or my ETL?
