So they offered me a position to stay on. Yay? Lol.
When do I start accruing vacation and sick time and all that?
How many hours a week do I have to work to qualify for benefits?

You start getting perks at 1000 hours worked, I think. Certain benefits have certain average hour requirements. Like I get some benefits like life insurance and the 401k but not health insurance bc I’m not at that required average hour threshold.

My average hours are between 25-30 and I get vacation. I've never hit an average of 32 a week.

Nope it’s really 20 hours a week for vacation time. It may be the only thing offered at 20 hours a week. But it’s really true!

I average 22hours a week and currently have 47 vacation hours saved.

There's more offered at 20 hours. I was offered dental, critical illness/hospital indemnity, supplemental life insurance, group legal, identity theft coverage, 401k, and I think one or two other things.

If you are over 6 months and 1000 hours you will accrue vacation no matter how many hours you average.

12 months means you have a ways to go before you get insurance

Damn, I feel cheated. End of last year my average hours were 29.57 and the enrollment website showed 29.57 but said I wasn't eligible for health insurance.
