We have a couple different types of keepers on our hard liquor.
 
It'd prevent this.

 
Since we only have them on the hard stuff, not the wine, not entirely.
 
Reading this thread made me think of something. If we only have one AP person which is the APTL or whatever the title is these days, what do we do when there is an issue for AP and that person isn't working?

SD, ETLS and TLs are to deal with AP issues when AP isn't there. At my store, smokers are also sent out for an informal smoke break when there's an issue so they can get plate numbers.
 
We cant sell liquor so i dunno about that, but we definitely have tags on clothes and makeup along with other high price items. Not in a big city, but people steal shit everywhere.
 
There are "Test" stores trying out hard tags on clothing. Company is looking at going down that road company wide.
 
They should. The piles of tags I had after a thorough cleaning of the fitting rooms was insane.
