Is there a way to send info and ideas to spot anonymously on what's not working in stores? I just don't get how they roll out something for mainly their benefit to make our lives at store level a nightmare.

Hmm that's a good question. I bet writing a letter the old fasion way and mailing it to the store where your district office is located and addressing it to DTL. Would work . Find out where your district office is it is usually in a store near yours. Then look up the address on the Mydevice and Mail that letter with no return address that will help.

I always just give me feedback to the ETLs, my execs trust me on the floor. One thing you can do though is attempt to give feedback to your DTL like qmosqueen said. They will listen if you're ever in your store during a visit. Our DTL seeks out TMs on her visits at least one or two to get some opinions from TMs.
