I set my pay to come via direct deposit on ehr. Thou will I also need to have the employer fill out a direct deposit form or slip?

No once it is setup your good, it can take a few days to take effect, so you may get a paper check. After that it will automatically drop to your bank account.

It usually takes two pay periods before it goes direct.
In the meantime, you'll get regular paychecks.
