There has been an open spot at our store for a while now and its in hardlines. I'm just wondering, is it worth the stress and is there really that much stress? Also I'm an electronics specialist, so how much more of a raise would I get? I'm just really debating and I just need some feedback to help me decide. I get about 28 hours a week and every other weekend off as well, the team leaders at my store are getting about 32 to 35 hours per week, so I just want to know if its really worth it.
