I applied for the CTL position. I've been doing most of the position work for the past 6 months and it was finally posted. I asked one of my Sr TL's to be my mentor and now it's just waiting for the next steps.
Our store usually doesn't do much promoting from within... so this could get interesting.

From what ive noticed CTL is the hardest team leader position. At least in my opinion, just because of dealing with all the vendors and things changing all the time over in market. I think larger stores have 2 team leads, one for pfresh and one for dry market but my store is smaller so our CTL is over everything in market.
