Alright, so here's the deal.
I worked as mobile from August -> week before black friday. Joined Electronics on 1/31.
I have only called out once that whole time - and when i called out, i was sick and coughed and the ETL asked me why I'm laughing and hung up on me, never spoke to me for two weeks., i have been in school as well. This whole past summer i have been working 30-40 hour weeks, and during school i always agreed to pick up shifts, extend, call out 95% of the time when asked.
I bust my ASS off in electronics taking care of carts & carts & carts of reshop, as the morning electronics never do it. They literally stand around, talk and talk and talk...Yes, i talk some but not as much as they do.
Yesterday, ok so my gym (I'm a 6 day a week gym-er and everyone at work knows that.) is literally in the same complex as target, and its a 3 minute walk. I walked in this morning around 8:20am, to check if i could pick up the iPhone 7. They didn't have keys, and my workout partner wanted to come around 9. So i hung around starbucks for a little bit, went to talk to someone who was on BREAK and got them some food b/c they are a good friend, went to talk to one of the TLs of Softlines just for a minute and asked her when another TL comes in (sat on a manacin table by accident, didn't know it was so bad??? - i got yelled @ this 3 months ago and no i DON'T remember everything.) she basically said "your going to get in trouble for always being here" - i came in after my workout to see if they got the keys (mobile), and the EE in electronics remodel has chairs in electronics. I was sitting on them OFF THE CLOCK, WAITING TO BUY the iPhone 7/ checking if they keys were back, and she tells me the stools in electronics are for guests. Really??
Oh yes!! The two morning electronics TM have the WORST availability ever and only have one job (target). They call out literally once-twice every one week.
I am the ONLY closer for electronics right now. The last two people who worked to close both quit there job and literally walked out.
