Definitely partner with your Plano team leader hardlines team leader and signing team member( they will have the awesome job of putting together all the bins And get ready for your first row of rtw and men's to be added to the second row to make room for all the tv's and bins. At our store we do an overnight that Wednesday to get everything set on the salesfloor. Ensure your team has all the details so they can help you execute everything flawlessly
