I've been a FSA for a short time now. I was promoted from another workcenter. I've had little guidance IRL as for helping our team get back up to standards after literally years of our Starbucks being in the yellow or red. I've gotten a lot of resistance from TMs regarding doing things the Starbucks way. Any advice as for how to implement proper routines of brewing every 30 minutes, proper cleaning, using spare time properly, etc?
 
Have your TL coach people who don’t want to do things the right way after they’ve been told to change. This isn’t about doing things the way they prefer, it’s about food freshness and safety. If they don’t want to follow Starbucks standards and procedures then they can work somewhere that’s not Starbucks.
