I was just offered the team lead position at starbucks I'm freaking out because I dont know what to expect being the team lead at starbucks I've been working both fa and starbucks for 4 years and my manager hated it. What have I gotten myself into

Starbucks TL is probably the best TL gig in the store.

The hardest part is learning all of the recipes, which you already know because you've already been working in Starbucks. Depending on how well it was run before, it could be a really easy job right from the start, or it could take a couple months. Either way, I think you will end up enjoying it. I absolutely hated it at first. I wanted to quit the day after I finished my training because I was so stressed out. I love it now that I know what I'm doing.
