Today I have my first phone interview for the in store Summer 2013 Internship Program. Anyone been through this program? Any ideas what to expect outside of the normal interview questions for a TM or TL? I have worked with Target for sometime now so I expect several "Tell me about a time..." questions along with the STAR answering system. Situation/Task, Action, Result. If anyones been through it or has insight I would appreciate the information because I want this internship badly! I'll update on how it goes later. Thanks.
