Curious how everyone else's Produce departments are ran? Who does your orders? TPC's? Do you have a Team Lead assigned to you or do you share one with another department? Have you located your backroom yet, and how is that going? Do your team members cull in the mornings or the evenings? I'm seeing some major changes that aren't working.
 
I don't work produce but I know we have a TL & at least 1 PA. I feel sorry for the produce team cause they get called up for backups all the time. They get stuck on a register then they get yelled at if they can't finish their work.
 
Yes, backup is an issue. Especially during cut fruit times (more cut fruit = maximum profit) when it takes three minutes to put it all into the cooler and run up to the registers. By then the guests have checked out.
